Where we ship
We currently ship within the UK only.
Delivery costs
- Standard: £4.99, or free on orders over £50
- Express: £6.99
The cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders are processed in the order they're received, and we'll email you as soon as your order has shipped.
Pre-orders
Some items are available to pre-order. These ship once our stock arrives, and the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order stock arrives, unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll email you the details when your order ships.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please email us at deefierceuk@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Incorrect address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but if you spot a mistake straight away, email us and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
