DeeFierce is a trading name of DEEFIERCEUK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17456649). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using our website
You must be 18 or over to place an order. Please give us accurate information when you order and keep your account details secure. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, copy its content, or use bots or scrapers on it.
3. Our products
We try to show our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities at any time.
4. Orders and prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown wrongly by mistake, and if so we'll tell you and refund you in full.
5. Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders and paid for in full when you order. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If we expect a significant delay, we'll email you, and you can cancel the pre-order item for a full refund.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes are single-use per order and can't be exchanged for cash. Codes can't be combined with other offers unless we say so, and we can withdraw or change a code at any time. The terms of any specific promotion apply alongside these terms.
7. Delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery costs and times. Delivery dates are estimates. Your order stays at our risk until it is delivered to you.
8. Returns and cancellations
Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in our policies affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us and we'll put it right, and your legal rights are not affected.
10. Our brand
The DeeFierce name, logo, designs, photos and website content belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
11. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, photo or other feedback, you give us permission to use it to run and promote our business. It must be honest, lawful and not offensive. We can remove anything that isn't.
12. Our responsibility to you
We aren't liable for losses we couldn't reasonably have predicted, or for business losses, since our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else we can't legally exclude.
13. Third parties and Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with DEEFIERCEUK LTD. Shopify is not responsible for any sale between you and us. Our site may link to other sites, and we aren't responsible for their content.

How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
